We asked twenty strangers to kiss for the first time….
Have you ever had a deep insightful conversation with a stranger on a bus or a train from out of town? Where you open up to them about the most personal things that you have trouble discussing with even your closest friends? The fact that they are strangers and that we might never speak to them again allows us to be the most vulnerable. We can say what we want and not worry about image or reputation because that person you were so open with might never cross your path again. I don’t know if it’s the music, or the lighting, or if the people were actors but I had a sense that when they kissed they were just as vulnerable and unafraid as if they had met this person on a train. Perhaps we should treat everyone we know as a stranger again.
